Please complete the prescription request slip or the right hand side of your prescription when requesting medication. You can order online – please ask to be registered at reception. You will need to bring a photo ID with you. If you are housebound you can request your medication via the chemist.
Prescriptions can be sent direct to several chemists in the area – please ask at reception.
We also are able to do electronic prescriptions – ask for details at your local chemist or at reception.
Please allow 48 hours from requesting to collecting your prescription.
